Easily and quickly count number of selected items in Outlook
Kutools for Outlook
In Outlook, you can view the total number of unread items of each email folder, but in some cases, you want to count the number of selected items, here, the Count Selected Items utility of Kutools for Outlook can help you quickly and easily.
Applying the utility by clicking Kutools Plus > Report > Count Selected Items.
Usage:
Select the items you wish to count, then navigate to Kutools Plus > Report > Count Selected Items. A dialog will appear displaying the total number of selected items, as well as the counts of read and unread items. Refer to the screenshot below for details.
Note: This utility can count selected items in Email, Contact, and Task folders, as well as selected appointments and meetings in the List view of the Calendar folder.
