Including myself when replying all in Outlook

In Outlook, when you apply the Reply All to reply to a message, generally, all recipients’, including the sender’s addresses, will be automatically added in the To field except your own address. But sometimes, you may want to include yourself when using Reply All. Here in Kutools for Outlook, the Include myself when reply all option can support automatically adding yourself address when replying all in Outlook.

By default, the Include myself when reply all option is disabled, for enabling it, please go to the Options dialog.

1. Enable Outlook, click Kutools > Options.
2. In the Options dialog, under the Reply tab, go to the Reply section, and tick Include myself when reply all. checkbox. Click OK to close the dialog.
Now when you apply Reply All in Outlook, your address will be added into the To field as well.
