Click Kutools > Remove > Remove All Comments in Selected Range
One click to remove all comments only from the selection in word
If there are many comments in your document, you just want to delete all comments from a part of document. You may be wondering how to delete all comments from the selection. Now you can get it done as follows:
1. Select the part of the document which contains the comments you want to delete and please apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Remove > Remove All Comments in Selected Range.
Then all comments will be removed from the selection, as the below screenshot shown:

If you want to remove all comments from the whole document, you can get it done as follows:
1. Please apple the utility by clicking Kutools > Remove > Remove All Comments in Selected Range.
2. Click Yes in the opening dialog box. Then all comments are removed from the whole document. See screenshots:
